The bootlog shows that the crash occurs after any number of different drivers has loaded. I can't find a common thread.

I've disabled that service, but it still occurs. SYS which was a question asked by safe-mode startup. This is a tough one. It's possible you do have a memory-related motherboard problem. If this is a machine with a warranty, it might be best to ask the vendor to replace both the motherboard and the memory as a precaution. Since it was a spurious crash not always occurring I continued to suspect hardware.
