Thursday, January 30, PM. This version is only needed if you are running the 64 Bit version of Windows 7. It does not allow accessing the CardFile "Help" file. But it will read the Windows 95 card file.
If you update the card file it changes the file format to v3. This may make the Windows 95 CardFile program unusable for the changed card file.
